The candidate is responsible to design a high-power testbed for Si-SiC devices using 3 phase DC-AC/AC-DC Back-to-Back configuration. The 3 phase DC-AC/AC-DC Back-toBack test set up is currently running with the available evaluation board. The responsibility is to extend the power rating of the test set up removing the present-day bottlenecks of passives, thermal and PCB.
